Australia has a lot of funny looking animals and BBELS students love to get a chance to meet them.
At Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary students can meet the animals and sometimes, hold a snake, have a cuddle with a Koala and pat a Kangaroo or two.
Currumbin is not a Zoo but a sanctuary for sick or injured animals. They have a hospital and all money spent at Currumbin goes to the animals.
So not only are students having a great day but their money is helping to look after Australian wildlife. Frank has taken the CAE class to Currumbin and photographs were taken by the wonderful Tom!!!
