Last week the Intermediate class started the morning with a cooking class, yummy aromas of Korean & Spanish omelette made everyone hungry. The class then enjoyed lunch on the balcony. After that the class went to the Arts & Industry Estate where they met with local artist John Cottrell. John has a studio where he paints, he explained his art to the students and it was a great way for them to learn more about the local artistic community and learn new vocabulary as well. John sells his work at Retrospect Art Gallery in Byron Bay.
