To celebrate Halloween and BBELS ‘English Only Policy, I have two free tickets to Solid Gold at the Great Northern Hotel on Saturday the 31 October. To win these tickets all you have to do is speak English! I will have my spies listening for the next two weeks and the winners will be announced at graduation Friday the 30 October. If you can think of any students you know who always speak English please tell me or your teacher.
The lucky winners will need to have a costume to wear to Solid Gold as everyone will be dressed as ghouls, ghost, vampires, witches etc. Even if you don’t win, Solid Gold is a great night with plenty of locals, great music, dancers and fantastic costumes.
As Jono the organiser of Solid Gold said “we appreciate the language school’s support over the years and love seeing some crazy Japanese or other visitors come who might not otherwise make it”.
So get your tickets before they sell out.
